Christmas Parade

Libby's second annual Christmas Parade was held Saturday evening, December 20, on Mineral Avenue, which was lined with spectators enjoying the show. A multitude of lighted vehicles (horses, too) provided a welcome respite from the challenges that have faced Lincoln County in recent weeks.
