Rock River Rendezvous

The Kootenai Muzzleloaders hosted their spring Rock Creek Rendezvous at Fawn Creek Campground over the weekend of April 10-13. Saturday afternoon's sign-up had 65 participants for the event.
The Rendezvous is a gathering of folks interested in the 1800s Rocky Mountain West, featuring black powder rifle and pistol shooting and 'hawks and knives. Authentic clothing and equipment of the period are always featured at the Rendezvous, and visitors are welcome to attend and see a glimpse of what life was like during the fur-trade era.
