by Maggie Craig April 9, 2025 Excavation is underway at the new swim pond being constructed adjacent to Libby's fishing pond. According to the LOR Foundation's web site, the pond, suggested by Libby Parks District and partially funded by LOR, will have a flow-through water source from Libby Creek. The shallow area of the pond will have a sandy bottom leading to a deeper swimming area. |
