February 12, 2025 The Halfway House Bar and Grill held its annual ice fishing derby for pike February 8-9 on Bull Lake. The cold weather snap prior to the derby was enough to form 8"-10" of ice just in time for the two-day event. The Halfway House reported 124 anglers had signed up for the derby. Johnny Siefke from Libby was the winner with an 18 lb., 9 oz. pike. |
