Happy Halloween! Halloween 2023 November 1, 2023 There was no shortage of Halloween fun in Libby and Troy Tuesday evening. Trick or Treat Store to Store on Mineral Avenue in Libby and Trunk or Treat setups in Libby at the Central School and Libby Christian Church and Troy's Activity Center provided plenty of candy and Halloween fun.
