Wings Motorcycle Fun Run To benefit Wings regional cancer support. Wings Motorcycle Fun Run by Maggie Craig June 21, 2023 The 12th anniversary motorcycle poker fun run to benefit Wings, a regional cancer support group, was held Saturday, June 17. This year's route took the group from the Switchback Restaurant to the FDR, up the FDR to the bridge, over Lake Koocanusa and up to Eureka and back down Highway 37 to town. Stops included the Visitors Center at Libby Dam, Koocanusa Bridge, lunch in Eureka at the Frontier Bar, the David Thompson Bridge below Libby Dam, the River Bend and ending at the VFW in Libby. The dozens of motorcycles were an impressive sight and sound anywhere along the route. The group reports a total of $4500 raised for Wings.
