Trick or Treat Store to Store Hosted by Libby Area Business Association October 31, 2021 Mineral Avenue businesses hosted their annual Trick or Treat Store to Store late Sunday afternoon, and scores of children accompanied by their parents took advantage of the Halloween tradition. Participating businesses handed out candy from the sidewalk for passing costumed characters, providing a safe way to celebrate the October holiday.
