Liberty on Parade Liberty on Parade June 27, 2021 Libby residents celebrated their patriotism with the second annual Liberty on Parade event on Saturday, June 26. The day started with a parade on Louisiana and Mineral Avenues followed by activities at J. Neils Park including food, music, vendors, car show, cornhole tournament, tug-of-war, jousting competition, and lawn mower races. The evening ended with a fireworks show.
