A sunny March day with spring right around the corner is a great time to get out and enjoy our beautiful area. A walk around the 5th Street ponds and along Libby Creek is always enjoyable and usually provides a glimpse of some sort of wildlife. The ponds are still ice-covered in early March but signs of spring are evident and welcome. These photos were taken March 9.
