And then COVID-19 hit and we were having rather limited physical contact with clients, with the majority of our work being done from home. As the year progressed, people became more comfortable with the ‘new normal’- and the number of people wanting to move to our area - we saw many of our properties spending very little time on the market - and a number of our long-time listings moving to new owners.
