Eureka Quilt Show
August 3, 2020
Eureka's annual outdoor quilt show was held on schedule on Saturday, August 1, with virus precautions in mind. A total of 309 quilts were on display throughout the Historical Village and along Dewey Avenue through downtown Eureka. With a limited number of vendors spread out, a limited number of quilts and the governor's mask orders in effect, it was not difficult to peruse the quilts while social distancing. But it was hot, with temperatures reaching into the mid-90s as it has for the past week.
The quilt show is held the first Saturday in August every year.
