Celebrating the day Liberty on Parade July 7, 2020 A morning parade through downtown kicked off the "Liberty on Parade" event on July 4 in Libby. The Independence Day celebration was organized after Troy cancelled its annual observance of the holiday due to Covid-19 concerns. Activities following the parade included games for kids and adults, food and merchandise vendors, music, car show and fireworks.
