Kootenai Falls is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike, and a recent sunny day in February brought many to the falls and the swinging bridge. Kootenai Falls and the swinging bridge (newly constructed in 2019) are breathtaking, can't-miss attractions for anyone passing through the area. And seeing, hearing and feeling the falls will make it obvious why this is a sacred site to the Kootenai Indians, and a magnificent sight for anyone lucky enough to visit.
