Annual Scenic Tour of the Kootenai River bike ride and fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity March 18, 2020 The STOKR organizers have met with the Habitat board and made the painful decision to cancel the 2020 STOKR due to concerns with the COVID-19 virus. The 26th annual STOKR was scheduled to take place May 9-10 in Libby. All 446 riders have been contacted and given the option to have their checks mailed back, torn up, or the money put towards next year.
