Eagle Valley Amish Auction Eagle Valley Amish Auction Held Every Year the Third Saturday in May May 26, 2019 Libby's Amish community held its annual auction to benefit their Eagle Valley School on Saturday, May 18, at Meadowlark Log Homes on Farm to Market Road. The event attracts visitors from around the region who are interested in Amish-crafted log buildings, handmade quilts, rustic furniture, miscellaneous items, flowers, baked goods, homemade lunch and ice cream, and a variety of vendors.
