Shop with a Cop Shop with a Cop included bouncy houses and fun at the Asa Wood gym. Shop with a Cop Held December 17, 2018 December 21, 2018 Libby's "Shop with a Cop" was held Monday, December 17, with Libby and Troy Police, Lincoln Country Sheriff's Office, Libby Volunteer Fire Department and Libby Volunteer Ambulance participating. Several businesses and community members provided donations to make the event a success. Shop with a Cop was started in Lincoln County in 2013 as a way for deserving kids to shop for their families alongside law enforcement officers, with volunteers providing gift wrapping.
