Riverfront Park Fall's Bounty Kootenai Harvest Festival 2018 September 17, 2018 The Montana Wilderness Association and Friends of Scotchman Peaks Wilderness hosted the fourth annual Kootenai Harvest Festival on Saturday, September 15. Live music, plenty of vendors with handmade crafts and homegrown food, numerous kids' activities and a garden-to-table dinner with vegetables provided by Libby's Community Garden filled Riverfront Park for the afternoon and into the evening.
