The popular millpond walking trail on 5th Street is beautiful year-round, but offers special sights in the spring. A walk in late May will find Canada geese and their goslings, red-winged blackbirds on cattails, painted turtles sunning themselves on a nice day, perhaps deer browsing along the path, and an assortment of songbirds flitting and singing in the trees. That's not to mention the Cabinet Mountains in the distance to offer a beautiful backdrop. There's a lot to love about Libby!
