At the dam Steve Mickelson cruises into the Libby Dam checkpoint. STOKR Sunday 2018 by Maggie Craig May 19, 2018 Sunday's Scenic Tour of the Kootenai River (STOKR) was another successful ride for Kootenai Valley Partners Habitat for Humanity's 24th annual fundraiser. Sunshine and blue skies provided the backdrop for the ride up the Haul Road to Libby Dam (where cinnamon rolls were waiting) and back to town down the FDR and Highway 37. The riders enjoyed the spectacular sight of the Kootenai River with the Cabinet Mountains in the background on a beautiful spring day. Related Link: STOKR
