Bareback Riding Kootenai River Stampede August 6, 2017 The Kootenai River Stampede, a Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) sanctioned event, was held over the weekend, August 4-5, at J. Neils Park. The Stampede is the result of a newly formed rodeo committee that took over where the Kootenai River Rodeo left off.
