Greg and Susie Rice STOKR Sunday 2017 by Maggie Craig May 20, 2017 Sunday's Scenic Tour of the Kootenai River (STOKR) was another successful ride for Habitat for Humanity's 23rd annual fundraiser. The weather was mostly cooperative under cloudy skies with intermittent clearing. The ride goes up the Haul Road and Highway 37 to Libby Dam for cinnamon rolls and back to town down the FDR and Highway 37. It takes two STOKRs to build one Habitat for Humanity home, and the twelfth house is currently under construction. Related Link: STOKR
