December 10, 2015

Lincoln County commissioners declared a state of emergency Wednesday afternoon after three days of rain which caused flooding in area streams and rivers. Several road undercuts and washouts have also been reported, including Granite Creek Road and Trainer Street in Libby and St. Regis Road in Troy. Colder temperatures Wednesday night and snow on Thursday were expected to slow the flooding.
