December 7, 2015 Libby Chamber of Commerce will host their monthly Luncheon on Wednesday, Dec. 9th at noon in the Venture Inn in Libby. Tina Oliphant, a very experienced leader in the economic and business sector, will present a seminar focusing on "Marketing and Median Plan for Libby and Troy".
