Goat Rock Complex Fires
September 1, 2015

This was the scene Tuesday afternoon while two National
Guard Chinook helicopters hauled water to the Klatawa and
Berray Mountain fires. Tuesday's weather provided some
clearing to allow the helicopters to fly. Smoky conditions
have limited earlier use of aerial flights to combat the
fires. Three more engines and a 20-person crew arrived
today, Tuesday, September 1. Visit inciweb.nwcg.
