Polar Bears Steve and Rick Polar Bear Swim December 22, 2014 Polar Bears Steve Sonju (left) and Rick Klin took their weekly polar bear plunge Sunday afternoon in Libby Creek, which was running a little high and fast from recent rain. Air and water temperatures were both 38.5 degrees. The New Year plunge will be held January 4 at 2:30 p.m. at the boat ramp at Riverfront Park, so plan to come watch the fun or celebrate the new year with a dip of your own!
