Polar Bear Plunges Begin
October 30, 2014

Polar Bears Rick Klin and Steve Sonju were the only two to
take the first plunge of the season Sunday afternoon in
Libby Creek. The air temperature was 49 degrees under a
cloudy sky while the water was 48 degrees. The Libby Polar
Bears meet every Sunday now through the winter at 2:00 p.m.
at the Farm to Market bridge. All are welcome to watch or
take a dip of their own.
