Changes made to Lincoln County voting precincts

Changes in the legislative districts across the state have resulted in changes to voting precincts in Lincoln County.
The result is that many voters in Lincoln County will have a new polling place, with the Libby area now having two polling places instead of five.
Happy's Inn and Plummer School voters will vote at the VFW along with precincts 10, 11.
Pioneer Park Center will now join Precinct 9 voting at the City Ponderosa Room.
County-wide, the changes will result in Lincoln County reducing polling places from 12 to 7. The changes are expected to save a great deal of money in voting machine cost and maintenance. _________________________________
