by Duane Williams, KLCB-KTNY Radio November 5, 2013 The City of Libby snow plowing schedule will be 2:30am to 6am for Louisiana, Idaho, and 1st and 10th; 4am to 8am all streets running North to South; and 8am to Noon running East to West. Vehicles must be removed from streets during those times. Vehicles inappropriately parked risk being towed, and the owners being fined, in addition to towing fees. |
