by Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks October 31, 2013 The public is invited to attend the Kootenai Valleys Liaison Team meeting between Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks and Stimson Lumber Company related to the Kootenai Valleys conservation easement that FWP holds on approximately 28,000 acres of Stimson lands in the areas surrounding Troy in northwest Montana. The meeting is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., November 7, 2013, in the Ponderosa Room at Libby City Hall, 952 E. Spruce Street. The Liaison Team meeting is required annually by the conservation easement and provides a forum for discussion of any issues that may arise with respect to public use, land use, access issues, conditions, or other unanticipated issues related to the conservation easement lands.
