Lake Koocanusa Scenic Byway workshop notes and handouts by Kootenai National Forest June 24, 2013 The Forest Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Montana State DNRC, and the local communities are developing a corridor management plan for the Lake Koocanusa Montana Scenic-Historic and National Forest Scenic Byway.
