by Duane Williams, KLCB-KTNY Radio October 10, 2012 This is the tenth year St. John's Lutheran Hospital has conducted its recognition program for outstanding quality improvement team projects. This year's winner was the Imaging Department for the addition of a women's center to their department. The focus of the project was to improve patient comfort and privacy by a tasteful, inexpensive remodel producing a changing room and a private waiting area for mammography and breast ultrasound patients immediately adjacent to both the mammo exam room and the ultrasound exam room.
