Libby Dam operations meeting Oct. 22

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is hosting a Libby Dam operations public information meeting in Bonners Ferry, Oct. 22 to discuss water management and operations as related to water year 2012.

The public meeting is scheduled for 6-8 p.m. at the Kootenai River Inn. There will be a presentation including flood control procedures, forecasts and reservoir operations, among other topics. The presentation will be followed by an open question-and-answer period.
