Libby graduates awarded scholarships

The Libby High School Educational Trust has awarded three scholarships to Libby High School graduates.

Zeke Carlson, Tana Wilson, and Kyla O'Brien each received $1000 from the Libby High School Educational Trust. Carlson will be attending Montana State University in Bozeman, O'Brien and Wilson will be attending the University of Montana in Missoula.

The Libby High School Educational Trust was established in 1988 to provide scholarships for worthy students that are graduates of Libby High School and who may be in need of financial assistance to obtain additional education. Currently the Trust has $190,000 in assets and has awarded over $47,000 in scholarships. Only the interest earned is used to provide scholarships so the Trust will continue to benefit future Libby High School students.
