Troy New Horizon's Learning Center, Troy Public Schools Morrison Elementary, and the Yaak Valley Forest Council are working collaboratively to apply for the grant and garner public support for an online "voting campaign."
The Dreyer’s Fruit Bars brand is embarking on the third year of its Communities Take Root program, a nation-wide initiative in collaboration with The Fruit Tree Planting Foundation to help feed underserved communities and improve the environment.
Dreyer’s Fruit Bars invites people to cast their votes at www.CommunitiesTakeRoot.com to help select the locations of these orchards across the United States to help 17 deserving communities win an orchard this year.
The Troy groups are really excited about the opportunities for the Troy community's youth to be involved in such a big project that will literally yield the fruits of their labor for years to come!
Cast your vote for Troy at www.CommunitiesTakeRoot.com. _____________________________
