Man pleads not guilty on beating charges by Duane Williams, KLCB-KTNY Radio April 30, 2012 John Navarro Stone, 57-year-old of Fortine, pleaded not guilty in District Court on Monday (April 30) to felony attempted deliberate homicide and felony aggravated assault for a viciously severe beating of his girlfriend on March 10th. Stone was arrested after fleeing to Idaho and extradited to Lincoln County.
