Photo courtesy of Brent Shrum, Kootenai Valley Record Libby Empire Foods donates $1000 to support local TV translators by Duane Williams, KLCB-KTNY Radio April 20, 2012 Libby Empire Foods general manager, Scott Lapka, presents Libby Video Club treasurer Howard Paulin, with a donation check for $1000. The Libby Video Club recently installed all new state-of-the-art digital translators, replacing the 1950's vintage analog equipment at a cost of just under $90,000. The Video Club is providing Libby with ten over-the-air channels including KCFW, Kalispell, KPAX, Missoula, and Montana PBS. Donations for the continued operation of the Libby Video Club's service may be made to P.O.
