Tree care class in Libby March 24

The Libby Tree Board and the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation will present a class taught by DNRC forester Dave Jones. The class will cover all facets of tree pruning and tree care as well as the selection of proper tree planting sites and planting techniques. The class is free of charge.

The session will be held at the Ponderosa Room, March 24 from 9am to 1pm. There will be a one hour indoor presentation followed by field demonstrations. Participates will have an opportunity to practice the techniques, so wear appropriate clothing.
