Former Libby man arrested on child sex abuse charges by Duane Williams, KLCB-KTNY Radio March 22, 2012 A former Libby resident, Catholic priest Father Rudy Bullman, has been arrested on charges of sexual abuse of children. Bullman sold a handheld gaming device on which was found photographs of nude boys. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Flathead District Court March 29th. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
