Troy man charged in shooting death of daughter

A 75 year old Troy man is in the Lincoln County jail on a charge of deliberate homicide in the shooting death of his daughter, Susan K Campbell, 41.

James Louis Bonaface called the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office minutes before 9am, Friday advising that his daughter had "passed away" during the night.

The Troy Volunteer ambulance personnel found Campbell's body when they arrived on scene.

Bonaface had remained at the scene after calling the Sheriff's Office.

The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office is continuing the investigation.
