Rob Verdi – LCHS concert Jan. 23 in Eureka

Rob Verdi, with his amazing collection of saxophones, will perform at the Lincoln County High School (LCHS) Auditorium beginning at 7:00pm. Rob helped form the Side Street Strutters Jazz Band, which went on to become the house jazz band of the Disneyland Resort. He continues to be a regular performer at Disneyland, conducts jazz workshops, and participates in a variety of musical ensembles and projects in the Los Angeles area. His passion for collecting saxophones has resulted in a collection of over 100 saxes! Rob Verdi will rehearse with LCHS music students who will then perform with him in the evening concert on Monday, January 23rd in Eureka.
This is part of the Sunburst Performing Arts Series. Tickets will be available at the door. First Interstate Bank in Eureka is sponsoring this concert for school–aged children, who will get in for free.
