Victim identified in Libby area shooting
Charles Bryan Welch victim; Kristina Lynn Welch charged with deliberate homicide

The Lincoln County Sheriff, Roby Bowe, has released the name of the deceased male discovered at 4410 Granite Lake Road, as 50-year-old Charles Bryan Welch.

Kristina Lynn Welch, 52-years-old, was arrested and charged with deliberate homicide. Welch is currently incarcerated in the Lincoln County Jail without bail.

The investigation continues. No further details have been officially released.
