Troy resident, Justin Randall nominated for Naval Academy Nominated by U.S. Senator Max Baucus by Duane Williams, KLCB-KTNY Radio December 22, 2011 Montana's senior U.S. Senator, Max Baucus, has announced his nomination of Justin Randall, Troy, for enrollment at the Naval Academy at Annapolis. The nomination is the first step for students looking to attend the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Military Academy (West Point), the U.S. Naval Academy, or the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. Applicants must be nominated by a member of Congress to be considered.
