Roadside safety improvements proposed for Montana Highways 37 and 567 North of Libby.
The Montana Department of Transportation is seeking comments on a proposal to upgrade curve warning signing and delineation to improve the safety of the existing roadway by addressing previously identified crash trends on Montana Secondary Highway 567, known locally as the Pipe Creek Road, and four miles along Montana Primary Highway 37. The project begins at the intersection of Highways 37 and Pipe Creek and proceeds north seven miles on Pipe Creek.
No new right-of-way or utility relocations will be needed.
Submit comments to the Montana Department of Transportation Missoula office or online at www.mdt.mt.gov/mdt/commentform.shtml _____________________________________________
