Halloween Pet Parade
October 28, 2011

This 'n' That for Dogs 'n' Cats hosted a Halloween Pet Parade
Thursday morning, with the parade starting on Mineral Avenue
and ending at Libby Care Center. An assortment of Halloween
characters entered, most notably the Headless Horseman, a.k.a.
Pat Stoddard, on his horse, Toronado.

Libby Care Center residents were allowed to visit with the
dogs for a short time, and could view Pat and Toronado from
the dining room windows.
