October is ‘Paint It Pink Month’

‘We take care of our own! ‘ That’s the motto that South Lincoln County has become so famous for through fundraising efforts such as Paint It Pink, WINGS, Relay For Life, Combined Campaign, and many others. In the spirit of that motto, the employees at St. John’s kicked off the annual Paint It Pink month long fundraiser with a Jean’s Day.
On September 30 the employees at St. John’s held their first of two fundraising Jean’s Days in support of the PIP Program and they raised just over $450. The PIP Program is a month long community-wide fundraising effort spearheaded by St. John’s and Glacier Bank to raise dollars to provide uninsured women in South Lincoln County with free mammograms. Since its inception, the program has helped 101 women.
