Public meeting for City of Libby budget review August 30 August 24, 2011 The City of Libby will host a public meeting on Tuesday, August 30th to receive public comment on the City’s proposed 2011-2012 $3.923 million budget. The meeting will begin at 6:00 PM. The proposed budget has increased 7.9% over this year’s budget. Increases include street lighting, parks, a 1.3% employee pay raise with 1% step increase and an increase in the city contribution towards employee health insurance.
