Naked joggers arrested Well, they did have shoes on by Duane Williams, KLCB-KTNY Radio August 24, 2011 Two people arrested for running along Highway 2 at 5:08 Tuesday morning . . . naked. Naomi Miller, 24, and Jeremy Groucher, 22, were arrested and charged with indecent exposure at Cedar and Highway 2. The two were wearing, ah, nothing at all, except shoes, according to police. Police had received two calls regarding several individuals streaking down Highway 2. There were three more suspects reported in the area of Cedar and Utah, but police were unable to locate them.
