EPA announces draft asbestos toxicity assessment by Duane Williams, KLCB-KTNY Radio August 26, 2011 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has announced a 60-day public comment period on the draft toxicity assessment for Libby Amphibole asbestos. The comment period will run from August 25, 2011 to October 24, 2011. A public listening session also is planned on Oct. 6, 2011.
