City Council Candidates
Six file for three seats

Six candidates have filed for the Libby City Council. Three incumbents: Peggy Williams, Bill Bischoff, and D.C. Orr. Three challengers: Dejon Raines, Hugh Taylor, and Alan Olsen. There are three seats open for election.
