Troy man arrested on drug charges by Duane Williams, KLCB-KTNY Radio May 19, 2011 Last Monday detectives from the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant on room 101, at the Ranch Motel in Troy. The room was being rented to a Todd Franklin. During the search detectives located and seized suspected meth, marijuana, and related paraphernalia.
